The Power Of Failure

John F. Kennedy was a well-accomplished U.S. President and that didn't come without struggles. He said, "[t]hose who dare to fail miserably can achieve greatly." The same could be said about every famous, successful, happy, or rich person. They all reached great levels of success and that didn't come easy. Lionel Messi had to go through great levels of ridicule about his physique, Cristiano Ronaldo had to go through a impovershed childhood. These two are the greatest football players and even they had a hard life. What this should tell us is that life is unfair and we could either choose to accept that and do nothing about it or we can face it with strength and determination and use it to our advantage. Face failure as a learning opprotunity rather than a step back. To reach your full potential it is a long windy road with a roller coaster of success and failure. You may have to take one step back to go two steps further. That it is a risk you have to take to have a life you enjoy and are happy about. A skill that the 0.1% have is being able to not only accept failure but to also enjoy it. If you can learn that, then strenuous work will be seeminlgy easy and roadblocks will instead be like hurdles in a track race you enjoy running. Learn to enjoy failure. Learn to enjoy...

To embrace failure better and to be more disciplined aim to do 12 pushups, check up on your weekly budget, and remember that "[w]e have to continually be jumping off cliffs and developing our wings on the way down." ~Kurt Vonnegut
